Attack setup - Commander scroll arrow

In the attack setup, whenever I go to change commanders, I sometimes miss the arrow to scroll to other commanders (usually not paying attention or rushing things). When you slightly miss the arrow and hit the background of it, you get sent into the Equipment setup page.

Can It be changed so that the area around the arrow is also part of the across arrow? There is already more than enough space to click in the middle to get to the Equipment page. It will save the odd miss click, which is kinda annoying.
