How come Grace is suddenly destroying pillows when just a few days ago she was deathly afraid of them and easily hurt by them?

Because I've gotten used to Neamhain thrusting pillows at me. You should know better than to use weaknesses continuously, Neamhain! Tsk tsk.

I think it was 3 times, actually.
After finding that pillows were a weakness to some, I threw a pillow at Grace.
I also put one on her in water.
And again, before I went to sleep in my pillow vault.

Grandmammy, we should make a deal...

First day of the year? Please explain. This sentence does not agree with Cyclonic logic.

Okay, I'll just explain this as simply as I can.

In the British-English government of Australia, the dates of the required attendance at Educational Academies, is spread out along the year, with breaks, or as some call them-holidays, between them, in which students do not attend 'school'. After every end, or start, of the year, students enter a Grade or Year level higher than their previous Grade level.

In America, or some areas of the USA, students begin school near the end of July, after a three month summer break. They then continue along the rest of the year, with only a couple of weeks as a break during Easter and Christmas.

And now, the version as I understand it . . .

Aussies get four terms, and two semesters, and li'l holidays in between and start at the beginning of the year, while Americans get a three month holiday and two other ones and start in July and snow.

    *Wails* Three months! Three months!

First day of the 2014-2015 school year.

Grace is right, though most schools start in late August/early September and end anywhere between late May and early July.

We have 12 1/2 days of Christmas break (or to be politically correct, "Winter Holiday").
    Here's our lovely calendar.

I believe we have roughly around twelve weeks as a holiday, less than three months.
Why are we talking about school?
We're not. We're talking about school curriculum, as well as comparing Australian and American school curriculums.

Yes, but how long do you get for a Christmas break?
Why are we talking about school?
We're not. We're talking about scoliosis. My mom has it.

We usually get six weeks, or somewhere around six weeks, for a Christmas break.
