  seems good but wat wud it start at percentage wise? 5 or 10 wud be sensible but as mets r they r vey expensive to upgrade several mil in res.

  NO!!!! TERRIBLE IDEA!!!!!!!!!
  
  The big alliances will grab them all and the smaller alliances will NEVER get a chance to get one. This will cause an in-balance of power because it only works for half the total alliance members

  It would be a rare building in the map for the strongest alliances and should be protected by the skeleton warriors and bowmen.It should be strong as a capital.

  Look at things not to suggest. Magic is one of them

  I have noticed how many people say that the game is impossible for non-ruby buyers to play. I am a non ruby buyer, but I have easily gotten to level 69, and I have 2 very built up 8 food op's and 1 very built up 6 food op. i also have a nice castle in ice, sands, and fire with Rv's. It is quite possible to play the game if you are not a ruby buyer.
