I have been noticing that ops are attacking my alliance castles. The same op goes after each castle in the alliance. Their main alliance is 1,000 miles away. Most of their players are high level. My alliance has only been together a month and we are still in the developing stage, so a lot of players are low levels. My understanding is that ops are not to be attacked. If ops have the freedom to attack and are under protection from attack, odds are certainly stacked for the mega alliances who have the members and resources to cover the world map. All we can do as a small alliance is spend all our time and resources replacing and repairing, and getting ready for the next onslaught.
Diplomacy! Diplomacy! Diplomacy! A random glory hit is one thing, but if the same player is constantly attacking your alliance, then you need to communicate the situation to the leadership of his alliance. If they follow those same unwritten rules that you have mentioned, then they will not want to be viewed as bullies. Never underestimate the power of diplomacy!

almost everytime i sign in I get Premium points--what are they and what can i do with them?

They are automatically used towards your premium points level. I think you lose 5% of your premium points a day. You can win or buy premium time to activate premium mode. Benefits vary based on you premium level.

Open the King's Market to see your premium points level, buy points/time, etc.

How do you pick a good outpost to capture. I have some close that are owned by large alliances, and high level players, wondering if it is wise to attack and then get slaughtered.

    Melee attackers > Range defenders
    Melee attackers < Melee Defenders
    Range attackers < Range defenders
    Range attackers > Melee Defenders

    Hope this helps

In the top right corner of your screen, you should see six icons. Click the one that looks like a gear, then click the center icon in the menu that will drop down, after that, click the large silver key in the middle of the page that pops up.

Is there a way to find out who all is aligned with who on the USA1 Server? If not sure what I mean, lets use KON as an example. Who are KONs subs...then who do each of his subs have as subs, and so forth. Like a Family Tree for each of the Big Alliances?
