How do I capture a resource village/outpost in Everwinter Glacier Kingdom?

  You can capture a village by simply sending an attack and if you win, it will be yours (You need to have built a Warehouse if I remember correctly).
  The limit is 15 villages (5 per type of resource), other players may have more in that kingdom due to a change of rules sometime ago that allowed 10 per type of resource.
  
  It should be noted however, that capturing villages from another player is usually frowned upon (unless you are in war)

  Or you can steal RVs from players who are not in an alliance; they won't have anyone to back them up

  Just be careful because RV stealing is a cause for war for most alliances

  so do all rv's belong to someone? is it that the only way to have your own rv is to capture someone else's?

  They come around the edge of the map unoccupied every once in a while. Easiest way is to get it from someone that quit the game.

  If a players castle is in ruin can they still be in an alliance, and can the so called alliance declare war on someone trying to capture the castle in ruins rvs?

  Happened to me before. About maybe 6 months ago I saw a guy loaded with RVs in Sand and went for him. Probably was that he was in a big alliance. They declared and I got hit. So I suggest never try that.

  how can a player be in an alliance if his castle is in ruins? GGS says the rvs belong to the player not the alliance.

  Can you show where GGS said that? The alliance claims the player's rvs.

  I wrote support and they emailed me with the answer . rvs can be captured at any time except if the castle is in protection mode. they said if a castle is in ruin the rv's belong to the player and can be captured.

  GGE says the RVs can always be captured. They don't believe in no RV attacks. Also RVs can be captured if player is in protection. I've taken them before but maybe it changed. They just can't take it back.

  How do you know when and where rv's are going to spawn in E/W? My alliance has a rule of never stealing an rv weather a player is allianced or not. Any alliance that has a player leave the game gives the rv's to other players in the alliance, so you can never find a player in ruins with rv's hanging.
  Been looking for an rv for months now and still no sucsess....looking for real tips and tricks of the trade from veteren players please.
