hey all
this might be in the section as I don't use the forum much. but this moring my account was suspended. I wonder this happened, so does anyone have any idea. I haven't broken any rules.
has this happened to anyone before and do u know if I get my account back.
does anyone know what I should do??

    no one here can help you. you will need to contact support to ask why you've been banned.

    are you sure you haven't said any bad words to anyone in game, or threatened?
    or maybe tried using any external software for recruiting for collecting coins?
    or do you have multi accounts?

    ive asked support have to wait till Monday.
    I haven't said any bad words or threatened and havnt tried to hack the game.
    I don't hav multi accounts either.
    this is y im confused.

    According to GGS threatening is allowed so long as it the threat is only a threat in the game for example if I were to say "send me resources now or I'll attack you" this would be allowed but if I said "send me resources now or I'll kill you" this would not be allowed. Back to the question, if your not sure if you have broken any rules click here to see the current game rules

    If you collect taxes every 10 minutes near the same exact time, you can be temporarily banned because GGE software thinks you're using a script or auto clicker (which is against the rules).

    The only definitive way to find out is to contact support and ask them why. :)

    It was a security check. If you play for a long time at once without logging out, messaging other player, or attacking anything, GGS will suspend your account for 10 minutes to make sure that you are not a robot

    yeah well you should just wait and see what support says and hopefully they will get your account back.

    Because GGE thinks you are a bot, so they ban you for 10 minutes.

    hay Ninja I feel your pain I was just suspended to for no reason there is no point in contacting support that's the last thing they do is support it has happened to me before back in April and am still waiting for them to get back to me but decided to start a new account which has just now been suspended for no reason but good luck with trying to contacting support.
