Castle in ruins and R.V on table

Hi all
Can any one tell me if a castle is in ruins why not go for the RVs this is a war game or not ?

    You can go for the Rvs, some alliances believe that if a member is in ruins, the RVs still belong to the alliance.
    If you do go for them, someone else might get there before you do; trust me I learned this the hard way, don't ask

    i have only stole three ops two ops belonged to a robber baron, one belonged to someone in ruins, i later accidentally surrendered it

    there should be a limit on how many rv's your allowed to have, as some have quite a few , and when they do come up it's a feeding frenzy, and why can't rv or op increase production automaticially as you go up in lvls, I know it's all about money, shades of Gordon Gecko,

    If there is an rv you ate allowed to go for it. If it belongs to a player on an alliance they will likely declare war on you.If they are bored they may take all rvs from everyone you have ever known. Rules disputes usually come down to whether anyone has time for it. If you're weak we probably have time

    There is a limit to how many RVs you can have, you can have 5 of each type in the Everwinter Glacier and 10 of each in the Burning Sands and Fire Peaks, but before there never use to be a limit so when a limit was put on the RVs you could hold GGS let those who had more than the limit keep there extra RVs but if you were to take one of there RVs they wouldn't be able to take it back, so eventually these players will cease to have extra RVs
