cheating in game

i see many people like sparta in of level 21 or of lower having things like stone quarry level 8 ,park as decorative item how is this possible?
can this happen.

can this happen because they conquered someone else outpost but then it should show that this op is conquered
it does not show anything like that
pl help i am frustrated

    if they have free casallian then can capture any type of outpost

    if they capture that outpost would that outpost be theirs but i think that it gets back to its orignal owner in24 hrs or so untill that person attacks back

    If you capture an outpost you have to occupy it for 24 hours. during this time you cant do anything with the outpost, also the person you took it from can try and take it back by sending troops to the outpost or getting help from their alliance. after the 24 hours its yours forever (unless someone captures it from you) and the little flag stuck in the castle on the world map disappears.

    hi i wanted to ask like i am of level 14(so i have barracks level 3) if i capture an outpost (which was of a player of level 35) can i recruit soldiers from level 5 barracks it has in it.

    That's right you can the recruit troops you get in level 5 barracks in your OP if you have it.

    Yes you can. That way I scored a level 5 barracks too. But I'm level 27 now anyway................

    can u tell me why buildings change to rubble
    is there a way to reduce rubble
    if building change to rubble then does that area is covered by rubble or it gets free after sometime

    You can demolish the rubbles with the same way as any other building and the area will be free again. You will get some resources too.

    If The player manges to occupy the op for 24 hours, it becomes his as someone pointed out
    The ruby buildings dont go to rubble, so i just aim for ruby OPS, even though i am a lvl 56
