Introduction to the Forums.

For all my time on the Forums, I do not recall having an introduction. So here goes:
I joined this game from miniclip in April 2012. I joined the same day as Eric.
When I first joined the game, the kingdoms were not out, capitals were not out. Almost every single update in this game was not out yet. The "New Update" was the levels increasing to 60.
I believe the amount of players were around 2 million when I first joined the game. To rise to 50 Million now is a huge success.
Alliances were always a crucial part of the game. I rose to leader in most of the Earlier alliances I joined, but eventually left for the dream of making something from scratch. The first alliance I made was disbanded. I accidentally gave away leadership to someone and did not get it back. The second one I made is the one I still am in. Phoenix Sword has survived from around September 2012 to present.
The main part of my gameplay has been in Phoenix Sword. When I started Phoenix Sword, I had already been coming to the forums for a couple of months. In that time I did many things, including being turned down on my ideas by Baldrick
I credit myself for the "Invention" of the Training Grounds, now called Drill Grounds, but it may have been someone else's idea as well. It was just a small suggestion, and I was extremely proud when it came out in the update. However, to this date I still do not know if it was my idea or someone else's.
Phoenix Sword rose slowly. In over a year, we have reached 39 membership slots. It is a grand feat, considering it is led by a non-ruby buyer who has never spent a dollar on this game. At the moment, we are at our height. While we have blundered on alliance families in the past (Dark Phoenix with Elfangor and KEA-Phoenix with Luanbaxhaku) we are now part of the Phoenix family. The Phoenix family was created when I invited a few alliances into our family. Eventually, we grew and joined KEA for the KEA-Phoenix family. However, we eventually split, and the Phoenix family grew to hits peak. We now boast around 30 alliances and are one of the most prolific alliances in the server international 2.
Along with Phoenix, I have also been part of the OU coalition of alliances. I am currently the "President" after Avalon left, but once Phoenix family grew OU barely interested me. I am looking for a rebirth of the coalition soon, and have already tried thrice.
Another huge part of my game play has been the forums. When I first started the forums, the group of people here were entirely different. I got to know them and we talked on a chatzy chat, however that fell apart once these forumers started to quit. The next group that joined the forums are people like Jon and Hanz. I started 3 of our chatzy chats, Hanz 1 and I forget who started the chat we currently talk in.
All of my chats were "Hacked" or "Annoying people came there and purposefully annoyed us" so we moved on. The Forum is a great place to talk and meet new people in. You can answer questions and make someones day by making them smile
However, what probably accounted for most of my posts was the alliance section. Int1 was at large when I was here; USA barely visible and Int2 barely posting. I loved picking sides in Int1 discussions and supporting them. I always picked STEEL, lol. That was one of the reasons I joined Int1. I have fought 3 "Major" wars which were clearly visible on this forum, all 3 I was sided with United and against HB. Much of the time I was in int1 was with Sparta or Magic.
USA1 has been posting forever for the last year or so. I'm not so visible anymore on the forums, maybe because your size scares me. One of the reasons I no longer come onto the forums as much as I used to is because the alliance section of wars, which is the most entertaining forum section, is dominated by USA and I only know a few things about them. USA became huge on the forums when the MISC came.
One of the reasons I introduced myself now is because I wanted to say Hi and the new people in the forums to know a bit about me, but I also wanted to say bye.
It has been an amazing time on the forums, but it no longer interests me as much as it used to. I will definitely pop in here from time to time, the forums are a lot like GGE; Addicting. But I will not pop in as much. Its due time I "Retired" and "Relaxed". Forums are fun, but too time consuming.
I think I have summarized as much as I can. That's all about me, my introduction thread, a "Retirement thread" and hopefully a worthy post #3,000.
