75% off Construction Crane before level 11 ?

Hello my name is Mogul Khan and I'm a new player here on GGEmpire. I was just wondering, considering I have enough rubies... why I can't construct the construction crane.

There is currently a deal saying I can get it for 75% off if I build it before 11. Well I'm level 10 and 30 exp away from 11.

75% off 1775 comes to a total of 444 rubies, which I have. I would love to know what the heck is going on as I'm about to hit level 11 and don't want to miss out.

    I don't think I can miss out on this deal, if I reach level 11 and don't get it I will not restart to get it and probably stop playing. I can't build anything right now nor can I attack barons because I 'm afraid of leveling. Travelling Knights is on so for the love of god can someone please help me.

    1775 rubies is 25% of its cost...

    I think it means 75% off the 7100 ruby price, not the price for lower levels.

    he means 1775 is the sale price, after level 11 its 7100 rubies buy it now

    Indeed I got it, but it was as if he was surprised that I didn't know. I'm new here. mistakes bound to happen. On a good note, I ended up buying this crane and am constructing at almost double the speed.

    Is this fair to players that were already beyond that level? That never got the chance to buy at the reduced price?

    Yea I would have totally gotten one for my main castle. Which, come to think of it, is the only castle you have at that level. Man that has got to be strange
