Due to complications with whether or not the spy would really be lost or not, I think there should be some sort of 1 day penalty during an execution before the spy can return. (Or 6 hours, 12 hours, etc)

Since when I started talking about military hospitals......alright but where's the info about a military hospital, or something to revive them? Also you can't revive a dead person....unless you want Frankenstein lol.

commanders ain't like soldiers. They are suppose to increase the soldiers strength.
but commanders loosing an attack is like loosing a espionage/sabo.
THEY don't, the equipment magically floats back to the castle it came from for a new person to wear it.

Yes but no. Commanders aren't soldiers/troops. They just give the extra boost for your troops.

1. SAY YOU SEND A SPY AND FAILS AND YOU KILL HIM YOU HAVE A LIMIT TO TAVERNS (3) AND IF YOU KEEP SPYING AND THEN THEY KEEP KILLING THE SPY YOU WILL SOON HAVE 0 SPIES ONCE ALL YOUR TAVERNS ARE ALL UPGRADED TO MAX.
2. IF PLAYERS KEEP KILLING SPIES IT WILL GET ANNOYING.
3. (THIS WILL PROBABLE HAPPEN) SHOULD WE KILLING SPIES GO THEN LOADS OF THREADS WILL COME UP.
4. GGS WILL GET LOADS OF COMPLAINTS X(
