  the point of bulling is good, that it need to be stop, but 5 levels under, I generally follow the 10 level under idea, with exceptions at war time or honor points, but gge not going to do anything about it other then push higher honor penalties. the only way to do something about it is to get a large group of alliances together that follow the idea and enforce it on each server themselves, also have a section in forum to where they can show the battle reports to prove it. also a recruiting thread for the group as well.

  How about if GGE lets you attack the person, you can attack them?
  
  This isn't a negotiation thread, GGE has set boundaries of who you can and cannot attack. Any other rules are just made up by groups of people who think their way is best.

  GGS used to have this but now its just u cant get any honor if you attack som1 more then 10 levels down so if a level 50 is attacking you.... hes losing honoor.

  excatly, ppl who are lvl 35 have roughly the same power of a lvl 36 maybe even MORE

  I'm a low level player and I voted that someone at a lot higher level shouldn't be able to attack me but after reading all the posts,I've changed my mind.I think anyone should be able to attack anyone no matter what level!

  Incorrect... you can attack 19 levels down and still get honor.

  But but but, if I can't hit lower levels no more, that means I can't bully noobs! How am I supposed to be the big tough bully that hides inside the turtle I am if they do this? I'll send every single prince I have at the guy that came up with this idea. I wanna hit them lvl 69's more, and hittin them lvl 50's, that's fun too.
