  I like the idea but the amount of players in the world would not be very high, if it were unlocked at lvl 60 it would be better. Also would the rain/storms put out fires because if they do, I love this idea.

  That's only five levels after unlocking fire peaks, the reason why it's at level 65 is that it's only meant for the best players. It's an elite kingdom that players should look forward to unlocking and playing in. It's not supposed to be easy...
