    It has only been out a few times I know once you could get a commander piece by beating the Robber Baron King. There is a look item for the castellian in the equipment event but its a rip off 5k rubies. I know you can get a castellian piece(s) if you get enough Talismans in the Thorn King.

    Click onto the icon in the bottom right of a bag, named market. Click onto "other" there you will see different flag appearances you can make up. They are not cheap. One is 2500 rubies, the other is over twice that.
