    I'm 11 years old and marriages aren't for me...

    This is a strategy war game not a game were you pick out pretty dresses do your hair and make out. So I think marriage would be unnecessary for this game. What will be next children to? I also believe the food should stay as is.

    or the temple could increase population by a percent like the flour mill does for food. it just don't have to be for marriage, since temples were also a place of care and healing for the poor, as well as the rich. so like 5 or 10 %per level of temple.

    Maybe the moderators would consider making a website hybrid of e-Harmony and GoodGame Empire. That way this idea could really be added into the game in a constructive manner.

    what would be the gain for this? we must pay thousands for the wedding AND the presents. and we would have to give the bakery people a wage rise so they would make cakes.married couples would want an en suite dwelling for the baby right?and their would be lots of trouble to see if gay marriage is allowed or not.and when they make kids we must pay for them for 18 years before they can pay tax without any help!
