Lost my account

Hi, I'm having trouble getting back into the game. I logged on, but for some reason, my account is inaccessible. I was at level 41 in the RAM97 (USA) group and would like to back to it, instead when I login the game starts me at the tutorial.

I'd hate to think the time and money I spent is now wasted.

    You may have logged into a different server.

    Make sure you are on USA1, you are entering the right info, etc.. If all else fails, ask support and see if they can recover/help you through the process.

    I don't recall any option for any server. Just a username, email addy, and password.

    At the bottom of the goodgame empire website there is a flag and International 1 and 2 and the USA 1. U have to have it adjusted to what u started with. Contact support if u still cant log in.

    I looked on the server, you are still in the alliance. So your account is still there, I assume you just need to login correctly on the right server with the right info. That should solve the problem.

    Ha support... When I once had something like this they said they could do nothing and it was all my fault for the error. Support dose not really support that much with account deleting.
