Alliance Rank: Spokes Man/Moral Officer

I believe there should be a new alliance rank that dose something like a moral officer would do. This new rank should be a person that tries to encourage inactive alliance members to be more active and donate that way they don't need to be kicked. The person should explain importance of helping the alliance and benefits you get from being in one. This rank should be put right above recruiter. It should be able to invite members, change announcement, change description, and write mass emails. That is all. Please consider it. If you say needs improvements than please leave a comment on how and I will respond with my input.

    They have enough. This way its 1 mans job so he dose not feel overwhelmed.

    there are already new ranks. You don't want too many ranks... I think it is the leaders job, generals and sergeants to enforce activity, and in my alliance, we held kind contests and stuff to donate the most.

    Yes but I have seen a lot of leaders that result to kicking members before talking mainly because they are to busy. This way a member has a chance to stay and talk before just being kicked.

    Yeah, but 2 days is quite long, and a moral officer really wouldn't have much effect. What do they really do? Every time a player turns red write them a letter???

    as well, what rank is this moral officer going to be? Will it be able to change ranks, invite people, engage in alliance diplomacy and command other people?

    I don't there should be any more ranks added just yet. And to many ranks could be a bad think. Recruiter, Deputy, war marshal, moral officer, happiness consultant, next thing you know chief bottle collector. It could get out of hand. More is not necessarily better.

    Well, you get the point.. All of the sudden the titles don't mean as much when there are so many different ones for specific jobs.
