Tried refreshing, instead of what previously occurred, I did technically get the login screen, just without the things you need to create accounts and login, just the background really.
Attachment not found.
Cleared cache, cleared browsing history, adobe flash player is updated and updates automatically, very few applications or anything that will slow it down, nothing I do seems to work. Other sites seem to be operating okay.
Would really appreciate any help!

It wont let me post screenshots, the manage attachments button does nothing when I hit it.
Erik: tried it on internet explorer, got a plain brown screen instead.
