Greetings all,

When was this implemented?

This is a single person tournament, not an alliance one, so I don't get the sense in that. I don't think it was ever like this, one of my buddies sent me the screenshot when they were planning on shifting over alliances.

    Ever since the renegades update.
"There is also a minor change in the single-player tournament:
If a player leaves his alliance during the tournament, this player will be disqualified from the tournament."

Frankly it does not help prevent it... but yes it was aimed to prevent fake hits.

I find that to be rather silly... As someone pointed out, it doesn't reduce the amount of arranged hits whatsoever. It is just annoying. I think since it is a single person tournament, that should be taken out. If it was an alliance tournament, I would understand.

Exactly, it doesn't solve any problems.. And if someone is just switching over to a friendly/pact alliance, they lose their progress..
