Castle lost!!

Hi, today I was playing goodgame empire on a site called Spela.se. I did come back play 8 hours later and my castle was gone! is this an bug or? ( My castle was not on fire ) ;(

    Well the rules specifically say that you can only play on the one site http://empire.goodgamestudios.com/ so really (don't want to sound rude but) that is your own problem.

    which rule said that you can play only in 1 site
    i will open mine game in 3 different websites and mine game runs very good now

    Yeah, I'm playing empire on 2 sites and it works very good. And now my castle is back. I think it was a bug

    Yesterday I was playing Empire and it took me to the map and was prompting me to place a new castle onto the map (options were random, or N, S, E, W for the location). I chose a direction and it ok and an error message popped up (can't remember what it said?). Right after that, I went back to my castle and everything seemed fine, until a few minutes later...my old castle completely disappeared and the game started over, just like when you first sign up to play! I can't find my old castle. Has anyone seen this happed before, and if so, is there a way to get my old castle back?? The new castle has the same name as my old one.

    When the issue occurred, I was signed in through a website called Miniclip. But I just went and signed in through goodgame's site, and the problem is still there. I can't find my old castle. How do you change servers?

    when you go onto the sign in page, down bottom it says to change server, there are loads, uk1, uk2, www1, www2, usa1 and LOADS more. Whichever one you started on, use that.

    The rules actualy do not say that. You can play on miniclip, if you can quote it from the rules then I'll believe you.

    Unfortunately the rules are only there when you sign up so I can't quote it.

    Also someone may have your password. If they do they can tell good game empire to erase your account.

    ive read the rules before the dont say that BUT they do say u are allowed only one account....

    Pretty sure you don't have to play on the good game empire site... I started on miniclip for the first 30 levels, then switched to the good game empire site, which makes it widescreen and way better.
