got reply from your technical people with ticket # but nothing from them on my forgotten password to reset it need it so i can log in when im done for the day and get
back on next day please help

    Well you have to wait that ticket means your question/error notification has been sent successfully. You should get a response later. P.s. If you bug support you can get a punishment that they deem necessary.

    YOu don't need to message support. Doing that will take so much longer. And they might not even reply to for days. Just keep on reading for a faster method.

    On the login page for GGE, there is a "forgot password?" button right under where you put in your username and password. When you click that, it will send you an email with a link. If you click on the link you will be able to change your password.

    Wow.Now your default user title will say student Abdul.Mine does :D
    And like abdul said you can click the thing that says it in the log in menu and change it.
