im gonna start helping the people around me by making fully built outposts and giving it to the people who need help in my area who does not have the ability to upgrade to the level 10 farm houses and such like people that are level 13+.
is this against any rules of the game

    Just find them some already built up there are plenty out there & some have ruby buildings.
    I'm sure your not gonna ruby them up lol!

    Thats not really a very good thing. The people you give them too will most likely be gone within a month. What about your own outposts?

    Honestly, you're just going to have to deal with the fact that you can't help everyone. The only thing you can do is send resources and protect players from being destroyed or burning really badly. If you make yourself strong, you can help others but they also have to earn it and work hard for it. Don't let people take advantage of you for your kindness.

    Start out small. I send resources to newbies. But there always new players coming, so I can't send everyone resources. Just to players that I think will actually developing.

    I would say, that if there are 1 or 2 people in your alliance who want one, go ahead, but you yourself would have to give up your 3rd so you would have a free castellan for doing this.

    rulernbrown2, while it is a very nice gesture on your behalf, you would actually be doing them more harm than good.
    with building stuff on your own, you gain both real experience as well as leveling-up-experience so you can grow.

    what's that old saying, teach a man to fish instead of giving him a fish for a day ?
    help them out by sending them resources and guiding them, but not free stuff... just my opinion :)

    Your building points score is going to be out of control, just saying.

    Also what mar1nasr said, they won't receive any XP points for buildings, I'm not sure how much that actually matters, but its definitely a dent in your XP.
