So, yesterday he was really gloomy because he was upset that his devotion to this game and this community is very noble and he wishes that he would be shown any sign of appreciation.
So, this hasn't really bothered me, but he claims that it would be decent to give out a reward to those that have been playing this game for a while. I really didn't see the light in this, but I thought it would make him feel better if I did this, so here it is.
The suggestion is to give out reward to those that have been playing this game and have put time into it.

6 months- 500 rubies
12 months- 1000 rubies
18 months- 1500 rubies
24 months- 2000 rubies and so on.
It would encourage players to keep playing and hopefully attract new players!

Well, he's not exactly free to play all the time. He doesn't go much on the forums. Also, I'm just asking for some suggestions and ideas about this claim.

In all seriousness,I don't like the idea,becuase of the daily rewards. I was fine with that,and still would be.

GGS will just say that the rewards are built into the game. Login bonuses, daily achievements, levelling up bonuses, glory title bonuses, events, towers, ruby prime times and achievement points all reward the active.
The super active, long term players are also rewarded with knowledge, experience and respect from their alliances and other players, what more could you ask for? Oh, more rubies, sorry I forgot.
I doubt this will happen really, but having said that GGS actually reward players for inactivity through the ruby bonus that they give our for those who don't log in for weeks at a time. So yeah, give us more rubies you stingy sausages!
