New capital in Aus 1

  ah, i don't know Sept and OL had has agreement to share capital,i think will need very long time to new capital pop-up in Au1,i checked coordinates the second capital in other servers and i see if new capital pop-up in Au1 i sure it will appear near Conqueror9

  Our capital is at 657:657
  
  While our enemies are at 850:462 (correct these if I am wrong)
