Logging In

From about 7:30 pm GMT +1, i have been unable to access my account, i have cleared both the cache and the flash cache, and the restarted the modem and computer. I know that the server is not down because i have out of game communication with people in my alliance who are able to access their account. I have also tried using Explorer 7 and google chrome we browsers.

I have mailed support for their help, this is very annoying as i am currently about to take the necromancer's on in thorn king, just reciting enough troops for the final push, but look's like it might be to no avail, the 10s of thousands of resources and coins put in to this event wasted! If anyone knows what i could do to get access to the game, what should i do?

This screen has been displayed for the entire time i have been trying to access the game.Attachment not found.

    It might be because of a server crash or a mantanaince shutdown. Have you tried logging in later?

    So you still cant log in? I think it might be because of your internet. It might be a bit weak or something. I saw on your pic the connection bars and it is a bit low. Maybe it is because of that?

    ya i think Nyanthan is right. I do see that your connection bar is low, and could cause the game to slow or even not lowed up. You need to have a good contection in order to have the game lowed.

    yep, the flash is completely up to date and i moved my laptop, it still won't load up

    not shore whats wrong but ussually its from a update, half the players on the florum including me cant get on becuse of it you just have to send a ticket to support or wait for the next update, mine still says on the screen there is mantnance on when there isnt its just one of those things.

    9 long years...

    well there has been two updates since it happened, Including the one that caused it, it is not even getting as far as maintenance, it is always on the purple screen as shown in the original post

    I think it might be time to contact support. Otherwise, bide your time and/or use a different computer.

    i contacted them as soon as it appeared as i could chat to alliance out of the game and they said try restart and clearing flash and normal cache, then contacted support and posted here

    support finally got in touch today and they said it was fixed...it wasn't so i mailed them back the suggested clearing cache which i tried again then mailed them back saying still not working
