GGS need some testers - and quick.

Far from being good enough - GGS seem to be pushing customers away.

Espionage reports have been expiring in one hour 0_o Seriously? That is time and money wasted. My alliance sends reports everyday, and so far they've been appearing as expired.

I am still having Alliance chat glitch, Alliance intro is off ect. I must say that as long as I am not stuck in the castle I can wait for the other Glitches to be fixed.

What I want to know is there going to be compensation for pain and suffering inflicted by these Glitches? You all aren't the only game like this in town. I think many of us would refrain from looking for another place to spend our money if we were compensated.

Fix the msgs and chat pls it has been long enuff

we can not copy and paste and the alliance chat is causing game to lag everytime sumone msgs it freezes for a few seconds

it has been a week and plenty time to reverse watever change u made to screw it up, links are vital for our websites, screenshots, and much more

stop playing with our fun or ppl gunna continue to stop having fun playing!!!

don't be mad! GGS is doing there best to fix everything. It just takes a bit longer and you don't want to have a fix with new bugs coming into the game aren't you? Give them time and let them fix it the right way!

they have had plenty of time, its not like it just started doing it on its own, they changed sumthing thinking they could improve sumthing and we reported the results instantly

as much $ as we pay to play in a less-bug environment they need to get on it or hire new coders bottom line

And you know this because?

All evidence points to GGS not doing their best. The game gets more glitchy by the day. For example - today - I can't even send a simple message.

GGS need to halt all new updates and focus on fixing all the problems that currently exist. Even starting to do this would create goodwill. There is a great product here - they seem determined to undermine it with shoddy customer relations and poor game testing and bug fixing.

Could any mod answer this question - do GGS actually employ QA testers?

Theres also a problem with the espionage, before when you do an espionage, the report is fine for like a couple of days, now you can only keep an espionage report for like 1 hours

That's not the chat problem, that's your computer on french keyboard. Happens to me too. Try going to your taskbar and clicking the keyboard, then click on US.

I know support and everyone else has been notified and yet the alliance chat is still screwed up and this one is very irritating. This has gone on far too long without correction. Soemone needs to get that lazy bum off hi sbut that's repsonsible for fixing this bug and have him do his job or replace him with someone that will. I'm sick of seeing &145: every time I type a hyphon. This is just pure negligence on the part of GGS. Apparently someon could care less about doing their job or things they've screwed up that cause issues for the players. This along with chat going blank in the small window whenb you use the large window are obviously connected as neither has been corrected. Geez, it's a simple coding error that needs to be corrected and is easy to find from GGS's end so what's taking so long?

They've got to fix the espionage bug! The espionage is 'no longer up to date' after one hour! They can't expect me to be on within an hour after every espionage I send! This is wasting hundreds of my coins!

u all keep merging posts but i have yet to see an appropriate response, this is wat many are having biggest issues with!

a progress update would be nice, i did notice support has been awesum and fast in compensation regarding losses (thank u for that)

i havent had any problems with support themselves but when i look to the forums to get answers i always seem to have issues, heck i have members that havent been able to play the game since the chat messed up (bug appeared)..technical support needs to give our board moderators more in-depth detail as they are the voice for GGE when it comes to us players and we have a right as supporting customers to know wat is going on with the game WE (also) have helped build
