alliance suggestion.

There should be a way to disperse resources (wood and stone only) from the alliance cashbox. The members in my alliance donate resources regularly and we have a massive amount sitting in the cashbox. After we have gone to war, we generally have very few resources in our castles to repair with. I feel that the leader of an alliance should be able to gift resources from the cash box to players in need. This would be very helpful, after heavy attacks or wars, to help the alliance rebuild.

    Great idea, but then it would have to cost something, GGE don't like ideas that wouldn't make them money, you wouldn't be tempted to spend rubies on the resource trader or hiring the dudes that make you produce more resources if you could get some out of the cash box.

    I wouldn't say that was anywhere near to the truth. If we don't like an idea it is because it doesn't fit with the game or has already been rejected. Many of the suggestions that have been added to the game have not necessarily had anything to do with rubies.

    So long as nobody suggests that coins or rubies can be given out this could work. The problem is multi accounters come into an alliance, donate resources, then give them to their main account. But if there was a way to counter this, then the idea could work.

    The idea is good and i Think there is asolution to the multi account problem. As vpsdudley said after a war everyone are short of Resources. So if the Resources from the Alliance could be sent by say market Barrows from the leaders castle. The time and the cost would be the same as a normal resource transfer. This would lead to a new upgrade for the Alliance. Number of market Barrows.

    This idea has been brought up quite a few times and I think the issue would be that all players would donate their excess resources and then anyone in need would take them from the alliance funds.

    This would mean there would be no reason to to send resources between castles (even your own). Simply use the alliance funds instead. You could also donate all your stone and wood just before an attack and then take it back out afterwards.

    Basically, everyone would donate everything they have and take what they need when they need it. This woud mean there would never be any resources to loot when attacking and nobody would need to spend any coins sending resources.

    I agree mate it would just be pure chaotic, everyone would be unstoppable with unlimited resources, maybe if we found a way around this? Then it could work?

    I suggest a limit as to what you can take out per day.
    @xjadetsssx:That's a good point, perhaps there should be a tribute like when you send resources between kingdoms, based on the number bonus that means you get less than what you put in. This would mean that market barrows are still effective.

    you have a point but the leaders the only one able to send them away and you could take the bonus from the resources when there taken out so itd be for your leader to give the real problem is leaders takeing all the resources for themselves

    I am tired of having almost NO resourses when my alliance has MILLIONS in store! I also could use some coins...

    I think that could be resolved by placing a "tax" of sorts. Only 50% could be taken back out and it would cost the receiving player coins, or something of that nature.

    I think it would be a cool feature to have in the game. I was thinking maybe we could have a resource tax, where if you put in let say 10,000 wood for example and there is a 70% tax when someone tries to withdraw those resources they actually receive 3,000 wood. And then there could be an alliance bonus that reduces the tax by let's say 5%. This way I think it could be balanced. What do you guys think?

    Sorry guys, this is still a terrible idea. It undermines the core mechanics of the game, no matter how you try to tweak it.

    This game revolves around hard work. Looting other players wood and stone to build your own castles and helping your alliance members who are in need are both very important.

    Any form of automatic resource availability would ruin the game balance, even with taxes, leadership only access or any other form of control.

    Everyone knows you can already do this by sending resources, this is just a lazy way of doing it.

    What next? Alliance glory banks?

    better they make troops on horses that you can but with money around 300 each and than they have 140 melee power and kost 4 1/2 bread and going twice as fast as an normal soldier
