when your castle is attacked and it's in fire, how many days or weeks does it take before you are burned down?
( if it depends on the level, i'm level 37)

You cannot 'burn down'. As anando said, you go on into ruins from inactivity. You have to be inactive for your level +1 days. You would have to be inactive for 38 days becuase you are level 37.
