So, pretty much I just started this thread to kind of find out what the different equipments are that are available. Please post so I can expand the list. Hopefully, when some other people have posted, It will be helpful for some people wondering about the equipment.

Commanders

Ordinary

Ordinary helmet of the Treasure hunter
-increases chance of finding strong equipment by 7%
Ordinary armor of the Treasure hunter
-increases chance of finding strong equipment by 7%

    Rare:

    I found 300-400 different types. The bonuses are different / mixed each time, but found there are 14 types of bonuses for commanders and 11 for castellans.

    Commander :

    chance of destroying a building (pretty lethal IMO)
    increase honor points
    increase glory points
    reduced travel costs (fairly worthless IMO)
    increase strength ranged fighters
    increase strength melee fighters
    increase plundered resources
    increased travel speed
    reduce enemy gate protection
    reduce enemy wall protection
    reduce enemy moat protection
    increase fires from looting
    increase chance of finding strong equipment (would only outfit commanders attacking npcs with this)
    chance army will be detected later

    castellan:

    detect incoming attacks
    increase glory points
    reduce fires from looting
    reduce resources lost from plundering
    increase travel speed during conquest (worthless unless you are taking an op, or capital)
    reduce occupation time (worthless unless you are taking an op, or capital)
    increase gate protection
    increase moat protection
    increase wall protection
    increase strength melee fighters
    increase strength ranged fighters

    Has anyone found any other attributes?

    If you get 3 same level of equipment that has bad attributes, you can fuse them into a new one (same level) with different attributes. I would do that with castellan conquest and occupation attribute equipment.

    New update, the Technicus, will come by in a tent, and you can pay him to increase the % on the equipment. Check that out in the announcements

    Got an epic sword with the same 3 attributes detect incoming attack sooner, 10%, 8%, 5% / that castellan /location, has a 36% sooner detection rate (with the other equipment included)

    Not necessarily helpful info but I've noticed you can have two pieces with identical attributes but different pictures. (my examples 2x commander-Ordinary armour of the just-honour 9% and 2x commander-Ordinary artifact of the bowman have had 4%, 5% twice, and 6%)

    Others not already listed:
    Commander:
    Rare helmet of the Just - 10% honour, 1% destruction
    Ord. helmet of the maruader - 7% loot
    Ord. helmet of the Breaker - 6% gate reduction
    Ord. armour of the destroyer - 1% destruction
    Ord. armour of the fervent - 6% more fires
    Ord. armour of the miser - 8% travel costs
    Ord. armour of the Unstoppable - 7% moat reduction
    Ord. armour of the maruader - 7% loot
    Ord. artifact of the maruader - 3% loot

    Ord. helmet of the unbroken - 5% gate
    Ord. artifact of the firefighter - 5% less fires (also got one with 3% instead)
    Ord. artifact of the entrenched - 5% moat
    Rare artifact of the shield wall - 9% melee combat, 4% wall
    Rare artifact of the conqueror - 3% occupation time, 3% early attack warning
    Ord. artifact of the conqueror - 3% occupation time

    Differnet percentages to ones mentioned before
    Ord. weapon of the iron rain - 6% ranged combat
    Ord. armour of the iron rain - 5% ranged combat
    Ord. armour of the entrenched - 13% moat (metioned before but this was 7% more effective)

    I agree with Impetuous Minx, I think what you get is a random generation of a Type (i.e. Staunch, Unbroken or Fervent), which determines what attributes you might get, and then a random percentage between 1% and 30% (1x for ord. 2x for rare, 3x for epic, 3x but with higher numbers for legendary) to set the effectiveness of the attributes.

    Has no one found a look yet? I wonder whether if you get the same Type in helmet, armour, weapon and artifact and you put them all on does that generate a look? Has anyone tried this?

    I got the achievement to fully equip a commander without look equipment....

    I wish someone like CM would come here and confirm this.There is no official annoucement that look part is in the next update .Maybe it's an mystery egg that no one has found the way to open this yet :(

    one i know is a epic one and for castlen and is called epic armour of iron rain and efect is increase combat strenghth of melle fighters by 7 percent combat strength of ranged fighter by 17 percent and increase castle wall protection by 13 percent

    In case anyone else was in the same boat ... I'm having pretty bad luck forging an epic weapon... I've forged 17 Epic pieces of equipment (c2500/ea): Com Helmets (4); Cast Helmets (2); Com Armour (1); Cast Armour (3); Com Artifacts (5); Cast Artifacts (2).... Grand total: 6 Helmets, 4 armours, 7 artifacts and NO EPIC WEAPONS!!! Good luck to everyone else. Maybe when this alliance equipment thing rolls around I can get my hands on some.
