    I just sent a suicide mission for some soldiers and they won by only one soldier surviving.

    Also, is there a big difference concerning loot between small villages and medium/large ones?

    Around lvl 30 I think

    Village, I can't send soldiers back home so I have to sent them for suicide missions

    of course, they put in a travelling merchant that goes to the thorn king.
    1. they make more money
    2. how is the travelling merchant able to get there, but you have to pay thousands of resources

    Keeping dead soldiers kind of goes against the whole principal of this game.

    same, I reached it about 2 hours ago. Is there any reward?

    By that I can see that you have a way more extended castle than mine and I think we have attacked the same no. of towers.

    there is an achievement, "Unexpected Encounter" after defeating the cow
