Reporting multi account players

I have found someone who I'm almost 100% sure is using multiple accounts. Will the accounts be banned if I report him?

    If you report it to support, support will then review your claim and will then make a decision there.

    After investigation If they think that he is a multi-account he'll get banned for sure

    From what I've seen they don't do anything about multi acounters.

    If they're a heavy ruby buyer they don't do anything. I've reported people with 100% evidence that they multi but notasinglebanwasseenthatday.

    Totally agree with you, Goodgame encourage cheaters, I also reported a player I know are using multiple accounts, but he have spent more than 2.000 USD on the game, so they don't care if he is cheating.

    I have seen multiple accounts that were clear multis go reported and then see as nothing happens. I think in order for action to be done it has to be blatent cheating and done by a none ruby buyer. Also if someone got caught I wouldn't be surprised if GGE gave them a warning instead of banning all accounts

    Again, totally agree with you. A player cheating that doesn't spend money would surely be banned, but a player spending lots of money would probably not even get a warning. They would probably just receive an email like in my case, "we can not see that you have done anything wrong", and the email might as well say "pleeeeeease keep feeding us money"...

    Its not fair that ruby buyers are allowed to do whatever they want in this game. I hope the cheaters get banned.

    Had the same problem: they even admitted being a multi user and we identified over 25 accounts. GGE did nothing even with the messages, screen shots and most of the accounts having very similiar names. Report them but dont hold your breath!!

    I know someone that was a ruby buyer and has got banned. Pretty heavy one too, so to all you guys, please be quiet.

    Btw, everyone almost certainly knows this but just in case: I have heard it's fine if some one has multi accounts, as long as they are on different servers (since they are not connected); it's only if someone has 2+ accounts on the same server that it's breaking the rules.

    The only legal way to have more than one account is to play each account on a different server. You are not allowed to have more than one account on each server.

    i know that shapan are multi acounters they have shapan valhalla and variuos other accounts on the same map as me they shuold be banned from the game.and have there accounts deleted from the game.i know this as they message me it they are big cheats.
