    the event just ended and i got NOTHING.all the resources and time for NOTHING.in the last month iv had my rbc reset, my lvl. drop without reactivating quests, iv been unable to build because of loading gears and now iv been ripped off on another event.GGS is making it very hard to enjoy this game when they keep messing it up. Always i am told that they are doing everything they can to fix the problem but nothing is ever fixed. I spent days building my rbc lvl. back up and days getting lvls. with only building to gain exp. and i seriously doubt i will ever recieve a colossus or my resources.THANKS GGS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

    We are aware of the issue and it is currently being worked on. I do not yet have any further information, but as soon as i do i will post it here.

    Whilst i understand you are all upset by this issue please keep it constructive. There is no need for sarcastic comments or demands that we fix it.

    I know it is bad but just calm down some of you. Who knows, maybe this time GGS might be able to retrieve the previous stats of the colossus.
    But seriously. I don't know much about game mechanics. But I don't understand how GGS even managed to create a bug like this. Even with there reputation????????? ?:

    Why dump resources into a deco the size of a park that gives you about 4 po for 10,000 in resources? I suppose if you have maxed out everything else but the only benefit i see is if you want to dump astronomical amounts of resources it can have higher PO than a park but this quest seems only fitting for very advanced players, not players still building cities and outposts. The fact that it is another update that is messing up the game is frustrating too. However I also have to give credit and say that when it is working this is the best game I've ever played. Usually runs well, plenty of challenges, and non paying players are given plenty of oppotunties to get rubies. So all in all great game but the updates lately don't seem to add much to the game for most players while the glitches and down time is horrible.

    do we get compensate on food ..at least no food comsumption during that period

    otherwise, our army will runaway due to "no food"

    I hope that isn't all of which you guys plan to fix as many of us who's event didn't end early lost our places and currently donated resources.

    Please read the statement again. The plan is to restore everything to the state it was at before the losses.

    understand and support you, that you have need a time to fix the problem and work as you need, but you can do something because our armies will disappeared if not yet already, because food will (has) done

    I would just like to know what they are going to do about all are troops that we loose .Lost all last time server crashed got nothing return except a deal on rubies and I don't buy

    Hi all,

    Just to try and address the issue of the game still running. Unfortunately, yes it is. Food consumption will still continue. We will do what we can to replace any troops lost as a result of the down time, but if they desert you will need to provide a screenshot of the desertion email to support along with details of which troops you have lost.
