We should be able to send support to a pact member, which would differentiate it from a NAP.
That would make this a "feature". As it stands, it's simply noise.

At lower levels I actually think this could be good, but at higher levels it would ruin the game.
Can you imagine what it would be like if you tried to attack and alliance with 60 members, who are pacted with 5 other alliances, also with 60 members? It would be impossible, it's tough enough to attack and win as it is in this game at higher levels.
It's a big NO from me.
