    Signed...obviously still unconcerned about fixing the problem...since we still have the same unavailable server issue again today...amazing how it is always available when bonuses are not being offered...if somethi g isn't offered soon, I am leaving the game

    These are things I care about. I don't care if the castles look pretty, or how the keep looks - I'm not here to play farmville with castles, I'm here to play a war game with my friends, and some of these bugs in the past several weeks have REALLY REALLY made me consider leaving this game permanently.

    I understand that the game is beta, and it has been beta since I started playing some 6 months ago or so. So I expect a modicum of bugs. What I don't understand is how, when something is supposedly fixed, the same bug will crop back up in a couple of weeks with a new update. STOP UPDATING THE GAME AND FIX WHAT IS CURRENTLY WRONG WITH IT. Shiny new features MEAN NOTHING if they are fundamentally broken, and continue to remain broken, with band-aids applied here and there.

    I do know what the development cycle is like, and GGS, I strongly suggest you look into a better group of QA staff. I'm sure they're trying their best, but this "pay-for" product is not meeting lots of your customers expectations, and something needs to be done about that.

    Glad to see that this thread hasn't devolved into the usual noise however.
