Exchanges at Marketplace

As we all know the market lets us ship resources to our outposts and other castles, but that's its only purpose. I think the marketplace should also be able to make resource exchange. Ex: 100 wood for 25 gold, or 100 gold for 500 stone. What do you think?

    Ooh this is really what I want.

    I know that'd destroy the idea of overseers, but this is much better for me. With overseers, you have to wait still. You can't do any "instant resources!"
