Path of Good or Evil

Another cool thing I thought about was being able to decide what quests to do based on being good or evil. Then people could customize their own story and play the way they want to rather than follow the same story-line everyone else does. Tell me if you like the idea, I just thought it would be cool.

    This sounds cool, but what about all the high level players? Do the quest start at a certain level? What would be the differences between said "Good" and "Evil"?

    I was think that it may just be at the beginning you pick good or evil. Then you would perform quests for that right away(lvl 5 or 6) if you wanted or you could do the main story quests too. I think that you would go on an adventure like thing and based on what you chose (good or evil) you would just go on the adventure and get different rewards based on your good or evil choice at the beginning.

    I LOVE THE IDEA!!! That would be SOOOO cool! But higher level players should have harder quests.

    that would / could ruin the game cause it is pretty much, you and your alliance friends on a team trying to not get maulded by the bears (high level players). this means if your not in an alliance your at the bottom of the food chain(now)
    but my point is it could start a giant war of good V.S. evil. this would make little players complain. LV. 5 that can be attacked. then soon people will start quiting.(if they start good and evil)

    Another good point: what about existing alliances? Some members will choose good and others will choose evil! This could lead to members leaving, or not having fun because they were forced to choose an alignment.

    NO. The choice of good or evil does not actively involve itself into the game, it will probably just be a side quest kind of thing that you can choose. NOT attacking other actual players.

    Would the Evil side want to gain dishonor, or would there be a new system for them? Personally, I like being the bad guy, so I want to know more about what us villains are going to be doing!

    i think it would be interesting, because you have a bad bar and a good bar, you should take other title names if you grow a evil, its a pretty good idea

    I was thinking there would be a 'level' that you have and the more side quests you do the higher that rank or level gets. Then you would get bigger or more rewards for doing them. Some specific quests could be attacking a robber baron castle because they won't help you or something. I dont know whatever GGE wants. Then if you get to a high enough level you could go to a place where you can fight real people. have a clash between good and evil. This would just be a choice world as some would not want to but I think that would be cool

    Sounds good, there could be special units for each. So you unlock lets say a paladin if you are good. and another unit for bad. these would have different attributes but equaly as effective.

    so, a knight if you are good, and a Lava barbarian/ soldier from the fire peaks inthe new kingdoms

    I think it is a pretty good idea. But, say you would have to choose good or bad at the start, how shall it be for the users that already have a pretty high level? Can they still choose? I dunno if this was already asked but i didn't seem to find it.

    Would be a bit awkward if half your alliance was Good and the other half was bad. I still like the idea :)

    Because SOME PEOPLE WILL TRY A WAR WITH GOOD VS EVIL,
    But it seems nice,
    I am thinking about it.
