oh i know they are nice sometimes, but the problem is you can't attack anyone or you end up somehow getting in a war with an alliance hundreds of units away

Well then don't attack them, and defend whatever comes your way.

It isn't that hard... They just have respect because of their past and present gains. The way to go around that is to just do your own thing, and if you get to know them, they are just regular folk.

What most people don't seem to understand is that most of the stronger alliances actually like being attacked. Well, BSK do anyways. We even have it on our alliance description. Hit us in an honourable attack and we wont declare war. We might hit you back once, but nothing more.

here's what my point about them was (this is way off topic) a few months ago a member of a small alliance had attacked my alliance several times and was doing it constantly. it got to a point where i had to threaten them with war. he said "you wouldn't want to do that. i have a pact with the misc" so i looked into it, turns out they had a pact with someone who had a pact with someone who was the sub-alliance of someone who had a pact with someone who had a pact with a sub-alliance of the misc. that's my point

Yeah, I've dealt with similar cases. But have you ever ignored them and done it anyways? Big alliances hardly ever poke into the business of lower alliances unless it is directly at them or a sub. If I attack a friend of a friend who knows KoN/MISC, they won't turn around and get MISC/KoN to declare war. That would just be pointless for them.

That being said, sometimes they do if they are bored, and knowing me they would declare no matter what ;)

I have created a new thread to keep people informed as this one has about 9 pages of junk from BSK and its friends.

There is no need for another thread Twaitsy. Informed? Informed of what? how many fires you have?

Nobody cares. They come here to watch your downfall, not give you support.

Anyone can just look at your castles to see the flames. How is the planning going for the 15th? How many 1040s you got lined up? A third? Half? Less?

I was thinking about our friends on the USA server, and people who aren't in the other kingdoms yet.

I'm on my own of course ;-)

If you really want them to see post them yourself.

On your own? I thought this was a chance for everyone to grab an RV from the bad people? What happened to that? Not sell enough tickets?

Some poor sportsmanship from the big alliances is becoming apparent now. They say they like fair play and all but I've not had a single compliment from them on the fact that I had so many incomings, so many victories, so many defeats, and took it better than most of their own take a couple of sabotages.

I've got hundreds of fires going, and I'm still not backing down, and not one compliment on the courage either.

Get some sportsmanship back into the game.

Oh and the politics are just hilarious now, say what you want to get everyone against me, but not once have I been a bad sport.

and ganging up on alliance that have capitals you want is not bad sportsmanship.

It's not necessarily one thing or the other. It can be hilariously funny, just like that dry British sense of humor. :)
