Notice Board Bug

I'm a deputy, and I was writing on the notice board a message for members. but when I clicked the members button after clicking the "ranks" button, it automatically selected generals and sergeants. I only wanted it to be visible to members (and leaders. they can view every thread). can you fix this, GGS? it won't change much but it will add more freedom into the game and notice board.

You can't just choose Members and Leaders, its:

1) Leaders and Generals
2) Leaders, Generals and Sergeants or
3) Leader, Generals, Sergeants and Members.

You cannot choose Leaders and Members only.
