No overseer for charcoal and no transport for it either.

You can increase production, by looting other castles in Everwinter Glacier. I got maruaders and transported them to Everwinter. And started looting inactive castles. Just find an inactive higher level player and start looting him. I get like 3000 charcoal with each attack.

EDIT: Thank you Eric and 123Guy

Did you increase the lvl of our dry storage?

Dry storages are alittle bit more heavier than just spending on 600 rubies on an overseer dry storage takes 6000 rubies and i got only 4,500 cant help it and yup looting is also a good idea!!!!!!

Increasing public order, and building charcoal burners are the more conventional ways. Then as duel said, looting from other castles around you can give huge charcoal if they have it, especially if you select to loot charcoal specifically and you have a large surviving group of soldiers/looting bonus.

Or an overseer for all unique resources (charcoal, oil and glass)

If you have murders and or barbarians pile those up on the last wave of your attack, it really helps, pluss set your loot focus to charcoal and you will get allot more.

by looting other castles in Everwinter Glacier.

    This.

It's pretty crazy, sometimes, when you're at war and you get a bonus from your alliance in the amount of stuff you loot from enemies. There will be times you'll have like 100,000 Charcoal coming back to you....

I have 5 burners, level 1 dry storage and I get 298 charcoal an hour. More than enough LOL

P.S. Non-ruby player here, so it can be done for free...

It would be a huge waste of rubies, unless the effect of the overseer is over 50%, because think about it, adding 20% to 175 will only give you an extra 35 an hour, which can easily be done just by hitting someone else's castle.
    i have got 12 charcoal burner's at lvl 8

It would probably be a good idea if you get rid of 6-8 of them and make space for extra decorations.

His PO must be pretty low, so his last 4 to 5 burners are probably only putting out 2 to 5 an hour each.
