i cant seem to see the top half of the anoucment in the alliance icon. but i do know there is more as when i edit it i can see the top half. it isnt a matter of scrolling up the page as i have scrolled up as high as i can

    Its probably a small bug, and if you clear your cache it will probably work. If that doesn't, check with all the other members first to see if you need to contact support, because frankly if it only happens to you, you can just go to the edit page to see it. Only contact support if members can't see even after a cache refresh. But of course you can just tell them since it's not too big of a problem.
