Berimond - needs to be more even

The very first Berimond event was very even and alot more fun to play, this time I find myself just sending out captures and building up all the new camps I am acquiring, sometimes not even bothering to put any defense in my camps because its that easy.
I have a suggestion to balance out the Berimond event, why not assign players a side? A little radical but it may have to be done in order to balance the event. Right now players find out within about 12 hours which team is winning and everyone goes and joins that team, the event is certainly not going to last a month or whatever, I bet it will be finished in a matter of days.
I quit the game.
