Which allaince is best of all?
Give me your nominations by 3.9.13
Requirements:
-I MUST have 24 nominnees by this date
-They must have double dights amount of members
-They must have 3 lvl 40 at least
I will then filter out 12 and annocne the top 12 on 3.12.13
The voting will then begin from there until 3.31.13
The ones with the top 6 votes shall do another vote from 4.1.13 to 4.30.13
The winner shall be annoced on 5.1.13.!

    i will nominate Golden The Council Blades SG brother of war3 the fight team and ABOUT NOTHING
    I will cut the 24 into 12 by average lvl (members lvl all toghter divde by the number of members) Lowest 12 disquialfled
    If more then 24 i cut by honor rank (As on March 9) Top 24 ranks move on, rest cut.
