Ive seen this in one or two players castles, and i would like to know where/when they got it.

    I think it was from an old Everwinter Glacier event, the Icy Siege or something.
    Gives 72 PO if I remember, but this is all from what I got by reading about it on the forums when I was still a beginner.

    unfortunatlly your both wrong i was in a huge alliance whos 2nd in command had it eventully the princess quest comes to a point where you have to defeat a castle with a dragon gaurding the whole lenth of it once you defeat "dragon castle" you get the dragon head as a reward hope this helps, kyle.

    If you beat the dragon in Fire Peaks you get the decoration.

    Yes, it was the reward for defeating the Icy siege, an event which appeared in the early BETA stages of the game ~1,4 years ago, I know almost everything ._.
