Defence against RB castle

In this battle, I had 103 defenders on front, and 0 on the flanks. However, it says 83 of them died, yet I had 0 defenders in the keep when the other attackers made it there. Is this a bug, or is it just something to do with the armed citizens?

    I'm not sure,I think it's a bug,unless the soldeirs who lvied were to wounded to move to the keep lol.
