Trading Commander/Castellian Equipment

like most, im still getting used to the new equipment system, am constantly raiding Robber Baron Castles to gain good equipment...

Every now and then i will gain something for castellian like "reduce occupation travel time by... "

well, im level 51, i dont need to occupy new ops. :P it would be good if i could trade these with lower players in my alliance, who would be able to put such equipment to good use?

just a thought!

Not really because if I have a lvl 60 friend in one of the biggest alliance on my server so if he got a legendary item that he didn't need he could just give it to me.

In that case you should only be able to trade common items (the grey)

im not familiar with legendary items yet. :L but even if restricted in some way, i think some items should be able to be traded.

it can be made so you must trade legendary for legendary, epic for epic etc...

yes its a very good idea , i would say each one would cost a certain amount to if i wanted a legendary i would trade 6 common

yes or multiple ones of a lower level for a higher level.

Gonna post on this thread as a lot of OoK already have I agree with you Smithy, great idea trading equipment would be best if restricted to only between alliance members however

Hmm,but than multi-accounters would trade the equipment they need with each other,and it would be unfair

multi-accounters should be banned automatically! so yes they may trade between themselves but eventually all their accounts are going to be deleted so it doesnt matter. :P

What's the point of Blacksmith? Exchanging can be done with the Blacksmith.

but not with other players? all blacksmith does is "delete" piece of equipment just so you can get either a new one or a higher quality one. what im saying is if i have a useless piece of equipment, why can i give to an alliance member i know that depsperately needs that particular perk, in exchange for something i do need??

I disagree with need this "trade" equipment Idea, either make it insanely expensive (like paying a penalty with a fixed amount of for example 50'000 coins to trade an Item), put a lot of rules (Like legendary and epic items cannot be traded) or don't put it in, it ruins the whole porpouse of putting effort to find equipment you want in the first place, which I think is the point of the update.

im not necessarily on about legendary and epic equipment, im more on about the most basic ones. especially at a stage such as now where a lot of the players have no need for most the bonuses being offered. some equipment has no proper benefit for players beyond level 30. it would make sense if in an alliance i could give that equipment to someone who actually needs it??

Actually, trading in any form in my opinion ruins the point, and that includes the EPIC FAIL by GGS of introducing a trader. The playing field is so hideously stacked against non-ruby players that this felt like a breath of fresh air....

... for 24 hours until I saw the equipment trader.

I guess I'm going to be even harder pushed to keep up with the big boys unless I am prepared to lose my house to pay for more rubies...

Dude you are supposed to get the equipment yourself. Also if you give say a really good (legendary) helm to your friend who just started the game, that guy would get a HUGE advantage against other lower levels who only have common gear.

Note we said earlier only legendary for legendary, epic for epic, etc. I know you are meant to find them yourself, i have no problem with that. im just saying i resent wasting useless equipment in the smithy just in the hopes i get something worthwhile when i know players that could actually make good use of the equipment i cant

hello you can swap the items for rare you need 6 ordinary for 1 rare or 6 rare for 1 epic and so on hope it helped

hmm, i think i kinda agree with the other guys on this one smithy, you need to work fot them yourself, that is why the blacksmith is there. u only have one member in ur alliance who could make any use of castellan equipment anyway! (yes i know that is not the point, but still :P)

I agree with smithy, and think this would be a good update, as long as there is some kind of system to prevent people from just "gifting" equipment, like by either, as smithy said by trading equip of matched quality, or by putting a trading cost on trading items, with the higher tier items costing more to trade.
