can you capture outposts that somone else owns

a level 31 is doing a capture atack on me and i am a level 16 is there anyway that i can stop them. and what does a capture atack mean and can you capture other peoples out posts.:D

    yes u can capture other peoples outposts,but some of the buildings will be demolished or turn to rubble.I doubt you can stop the capturing,so if you dont want the level 31 to benefit,demolish all your buildings :D

    If the level 31's capture attack is successful, then he will have to hold it for 24 hours. During that time, he and his alliance will be able to send support to it, but if anybody, doesn't matter who, is able to defeat his troops stationed there, the outpost will go back to you. If no one defeats him before the 24 hours are up, the outpost becomes officially his.

    ya you can do that and hanzolo is right buildings will be turned to rubble(a guy in my alliance did it)

    i dont recomend that the buildings will turn to rubble not all of them but mostly 50 %

    Well I looked for something like this advice before I tried it last night, but didn't find it. This should be in the FAQ - which it isn't. I'm very miffed I put all that effort into capturing an outpost ( same level) that I could guess pretty much that a player had stopped playing. Now a few hours later its all gone back to a basic outpost - and what happened to my attacking troops? Will they come back?

    rv you need to be a certain level (level 25) i think because i think you need to unlock a kingdom..

    Same thing happened to me and the only reason I attacked that outpost was because I wanted it to have established buildings. I don't want the outpost if I have to start from scratch, but that's what happened. Now can I get rid of it and find one that I can capture that is established, or am I stuck with this one now?

    to steal an rv you click on an rv like so. http://prntscr.com/1ndc8e and send men to take it.NOTE MANY PEOPLE SNAP AND GET A WHOLE ALLIANCE AFTER YOU IF U STEAL AN RV
