How are New Players Placed?

The title says it all. The area around all three of my castles (in The Great Empire) is quite barren, so I want to know if there will be any new players popping up any time soon.

    Im guessing here, but I would think the game looks at how dense the players are in an area and places them to even it out

    basically all the players just pop out in everywhere!!! but sometimes there is a rural places in there too I saw one a little far away from my castle looking for players to attack and I saw many free outpost and lvl 1 barons

    And I saw a castle that is in a rural place mine is in a urban places it's so crowded with castle it's hard to find outposts. but it's easy to find weak players and strong players to attack8)

    i don't know, but i do know that new players pop up around me, and my area is filled with lvl 20 to lvl 60 people (yes the range is that big, because there are a lot of us there)

    I saw this guy who was surronded with ops and stuff,cause tehre was noone close to him for about 50 miles I'm guessing

    Everything is at random. You pop wherever, you can pop up in front of a level 60 or pop up in the middle of nowhere.

    Positioning would be entirely random - if you are'nt happy with your starting neighbourhood you have a free move to anywhere (room provided) on the map.
