This is getting RIDICULOUS!

I'm curious, do you want us to attack? You are making it increasingly harder to actually play this game, how can you be releasing new trivial content all the time when you have such a catastrophic bug remaining within your game? This should be on the top of your to do list, how can you have this issue unsolved for such a long time.
I know once I eventually become compensated for my loss that support will likely take the apathetic lazy route of just giving me the gold worth instead of the actual troops as before so I have to recruit them again due to their fault.
This is simply unacceptable.

They should start giving us bonuses too. I'm sick and tired of losing the same damn men over and over almost always while looting a castle to keep my men alive. I also lose the resources from the attack and the resources I should be able to loot if I still had them men. This is complete crap.

Following those simple steps and a handy screenshot as proof. All my problems have been resolved between 1hr and 3 days (as the office is probably closed weekends). Considering the sheer scale they face, that is pretty darn good. No gold compensation, no unreasonable delay.
So much for that idea.

The amount of flawed logic expressed in this comment not only made me face palm but actually feel embarrassed for you. Congratulations in being a superior imbecile then the one before you.
If they are truly giving the best customer service that they are capable of then that is tragic news indeed seeing as its below adequate. Yeah I could give better customer service, could I give better technical service? No. Does that mean any customer who cannot give better technical service or a different example being that of a food critic not being able to cook a better dish is not allowed to criticize said service? Once again, no. Instead of being a moron on a forums concentrate on your studies in hope to be able to apply more thought to what you actually say.
The simple fact is that the team that is working on solving bugs to have failed to amend the highest impacting bug in the game for such a length of time means they are doing their jobs poorly. Yet you and very much others who would sooner kiss the studios ass rather then say a word against it suggest to "leave them be" without any present feedback on how much distress it is occurring towards its player base.
I really hope you aren't saying that everyone stereotypes Americans as idiots?
It seems to me like you are just annoyed. Be patient, isn't that what strategy games are all about?
This logic is cancerous. Imagine a negligent doctor saying "Do you think you could do it better?" or your banker upon losing all your personal information to hackers saying "Do you think you could do it better?"
I agree with the original poster because I would rather see fixes before new content is added; although it would be nice if he wasn't so aggressive. Also Goodgame don't need you to whiteknight for them.
One of the major elements of strategy games is the ability to fight - which is heavily hindered by this glitch.
I was looking for the latest fixes. And landed here. I figured it'd be easier to find. Couldn't log in for a while the other day.
I was hopping to hear some positive things to make me feel better. Like a new system for tracking losses and recovery bonus was available something... recovery mode, like protection mode where troops are less time and money. gaud.
You follow one thread then they send you to the support page then you fill out the form and they send you an email. That's nice enough... to cool me off but not quite winning me over. ill play the wait game but I'd rather be helped in a more timely manner cause i put in work and money. Thanks...
i'm not trying to get over on anyone just saying. I understand it's not easy taking complaints so i give em that so i need a place to talk it out and it's the wrong place. but i got a right to be concerned as @B.Stinson above.
