Send a ticket about missing troops, reply back 9 days later saying send it again...

So I send a ticket about missing troops giving the details needed to support, 9 days later I finally receive a reply simply telling me to send the same ticket again - seriously? They just said sorry for the late response and send it again. I wouldn't mind the late response if they actually did their job in returning the missing troops.

What kind of customer service is this?

Unfortunately we have been receiving many tickets in the last few weeks and have not been able to answer all of the tickets individually. If you are still experiencing the same problem that you previously wrote about, please send a new ticket to support or just answer this message, restating your problem, and we will write back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience, while we work hard to correct these issues.

    Hi B.Stinson,

    All you have to do is reply to it saying you are still having the problem and it will go straight to one of the support team to be dealt with.
