Multi Accounts

Hi friends! Me and my son have been playing this game for the last 5 months. Of course we use the same IP address. Everything was fine until some guy who declared war on our little alliance could not resist that we attacked him back. He reported that we have multiple accounts, and of course they blocked my son's account. I have been communicating with support of this game and they told me that I should have informed them that we were using the same IP before we were reported. Honestly, I did not know that I could do this as it is not written anywhere. They have told me that I have to send copies of both our passports so they can unban my sons account. I cannot do this, as my son is only 8 years old !!! I am just bringing this to the attention of a lot of players who are family members and using the same IP address from their homes. I think this is totally unfair and against true family fun in playing the game.

    Unless you can resolve the issue with support (and posting about banned accounts is also against the rules I'm afraid) I think your only option would be for your son to start a new account and to report this to support so as to not get banned again.

    It is possible to grow fairly quickly if your son's new account is supplied well and you spend a few rubies.

    Just an idea.
    It's been a while.....

    It is against the rules to post about banned accounts :/ Though I think this is completely unfair. It sounds like they're not being very understanding towards an --> 8 year old <--- and his dad...

    Anyway - it would be lovely for a mod to post at this point with smiley face saying, 'Don't worry John we'll look into this and get it sorted for you :) '

    If it has been suspended and you have already communicated with Support then you will need to resolve it with them directly.
